HennaChick went to Rocklahoma,
as a vendor, spent 6 days out there, setup, 4 days of concert, and breakdown. I do have to say that that concert was literally the best concert ever put on in the history of concerts. For real. Everyone you ask that went will tell you the same thing.

Poison, as always put on a most kickass show. I closed the shop so we could go actually watch up close. All of them were so damned good. Soulrider....those boys kick ass and they are really nice guys too. I could go on and on about all of the bands but I won't. Skid Row was the total shit, excellent show, but Twisted Sister OMG all 5 original members of the band and they tore that shit up like there was no tomorrow. 25 years later and they still rock as hard as fast and as good as they always have. They even gave us a Christmas in July with fake snow and Christmas lights. They had everyone singing Silver Bells heavy metal style from the Twisted Christmas album. LOL
It was the most kick ass concert I've ever seen and I've seen a shitload of concerts in my 40 years.

I got me a TV interview on "Up Late with Ben Sumner" on fox23 Local show in Tulsa and .......
I DID THE HENNA ON PAUL BLACK!!! Lead singer for LA Guns. I did his whole left arm and the whole time I was working on him he had his hand on my knee ;-) and I had swarms of people at my booth. He gave my business a HUGE plug on stage right in the middle of his set. I, ME, Raven the HennaChick, mentioned in an elaborate story on stage in a literally history making concert. I'm one happy HennaChick and we made some good money in the process.
Camping sucks ass but we spent 5 nights in tents, worked our fingers into blisters, used a ton of henna, almost got heat stroke and loved every damned second of the best show ever put together.

It really was the total fucking shit. If you missed it, you missed history in the making. Be sure to go next year. Start saving your pennies early folks. It's a show you do not want to miss again.
